Sironko coffee is processed at a washing station near a life-saving river. The unique terroir of Mt Elgon, with its volcanic soils and high altitude, contributes to the exceptional cup quality. The cherries are selectively hand-picked and undergo quality tests before being processed to maintain their quality.
