Dark chocolate, pear drop, walnut and melon notes interweave in this outstanding coffee decaffeinated using an extract of sugarcane. The sugarcane decaf process uses ethyl acetate, a naturally occurring compound derived from molasses. This method is labelled as 'naturally decaffeinated.'
