This coffee comes from the Ywangan region of Myanmar at 1,100-1,500 meters above sea level. Ka-Daung is grown by 50 small growers who use organic fertilizers. After picking, the cherries are processed and sun dried. Ka-Daung translates to 'Dancing Peacock' and offers notes of Chocolate covered peanuts, Turbinado Sugar, and Sangria.
