Don Benjamín Paz, a close friend and winner of the Cup Of Excellence 2022, shows a deep commitment to conserving natural resources on his farm. This lot is exclusively of the Pacas variety and comes from Benjamín's oldest farm, planted in 2015. The unique microclimate plays a key role in the slow maturation of the cherries, resulting in an exceptionally sweet cup profile.
