This coffee is pure and has a good balance between sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. As brewed, it has flavor notes of red apples and caramel. As espresso, the texture resembles maple syrup with flavors of apple, raspberry, and dark toffee. It has a long and pleasant aftertaste.
