The coffee is sweet with a soft body. There is a good balance between sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Flavor notes include apples and sweet tobacco with a pleasant mild aftertaste. The Tarrazu project started in 2013, focusing on quality coffee that scores above 86 on the Cup of Excellence standard.
