The Aricha station lies in the Yirgacheffe highlands of southern Ethiopia, processing coffee from about 700 small holder farmers. The coffee is picked ripe, de-pulped within 12 hours, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds. The high elevation and red-brown clay soils create superb conditions for these sought-after coffees.
