About Redemption Roasters
Redemption Roasters began after the founders were invited to set up a roastery inside a prison as a way to train residents and reduce reoffending. The organisation established roastery and barista training in prison settings, later relocating production inside HMP The Mount and scaling training and production capacity. From a first shop on Lamb's Conduit Street the organisation expanded its retail presence across London and launched barista-training programmes in prison settings. The company reports reduced reoffending among participants and continued growth across retail, wholesale and product lines.
