Los Nogales, with an 80-year history, is a farm run by the Hernandez family for five generations. It gained worldwide recognition after winning the COE in Colombia in 2005. The Sudan Rume varietal, discovered in South Sudan and believed to have Ethiopian roots, has garnered attention for its use by World Barista Championship winners.
