In the mountainous region of Jaltenango, Chiapas, over 300 families are part of La Tribu, a local producer organization. This decaffeinated lot called Vayichil, meaning 'to dream' in Tzotzil, reflects the care put into the coffee and the vision these producers have for their future. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process, preserving its complexity and highlighting its naturally sweet and smooth character.
