Finely ground medium roast coffee mixed with cardamom. Originating from the Harsh, dry mountain terrain of Yemen's capital, Sana'a, this is surely a coffee worthy of enjoyment. Add cream to it and it becomes another Sana'ani favorite called 'Mofawar'.

Qahwah House, based in Dearborn, Michigan, is a family-run roaster founded in 2017 by Ibrahim Alhasbani, descended from eight generations of Yemeni coffee farmers. They specialize in authentic Yemeni coffee, carefully sourcing and roasting beans to preserve their natural flavors and cultural heritage.
