The Caballero family has been producing exceptional coffee for generations in Honduras. Fabio Caballero Jr, the 5th generation, founded Finca La Salvaje, known for its Geisha and Java varieties. This coffee scored 91.59 pts in the 2025 Honduras Cup of Excellence, winning 1st place in the Exotic category.
