Introducing San Sebastián, a washed caturra, castillo lot from smallholder growers in Inzá. This coffee is sweet with light acidity, making it a great all-rounder. It features notes of plum and caramel, perfect for morning brews. As an espresso, green apple and caramel shine through, with honey and nutmeg when milk is added.
