This limited release is a super tasty natural EF2 Pink Bourbon lot, grown by Jairo Arcila. It underwent a dry aerobic fermentation of 24 hours and was dried on raised beds until achieving 11% moisture content. The brew offers bright and sweet notes of papaya, jasmine, and brown sugar.
