China as a coffee origin has made exciting strides as of late, making our jobs a little easier in finding some great coffees to share. Tianjiao Pu’er is now our second release from this unique coffee region. Being an anaerobic natural processed coffee, the extended fermentation allows those great fruity notes to shine. With notes of plum candy, muscat, cacao nibs, and dark rum, enjoy this latest release with its distinct character through a pourover, coffee maker, or french press.
