This lot is the Java varietal from Finca Rosita, a Typica type from Ethiopia that traveled to Indonesia and has made its way to the Americas. It displays floral aspects associated with Ethiopian coffees, with notes of sencha tea, yuzu, and honeysuckle, complemented by elegant milk chocolate and hazelnut cream. Sultana raisins and golden raspberry add to the sweet softness.
