This lot from Peru is a mix of spontaneous varietals from the regions of Cusco and Cajamarca, processed by various small farmers. The Kornesha lot, harvested at altitudes between 1700 and 1900 meters, is processed using the classic washed method, resulting in a rich cup with mild acidity, great body, and sweetness, dominated by notes of caramel and honey.
