Tarcisio and Jhone are father and son, fourth and fifth generation coffee producers. Their farm, Sitio Santa Rita, is family-run and located in the rural area of Espera Feliz. They are recognized for their sustainable farming practices and are Rainforest Alliance certified. The coffee is processed using the honey method, resulting in a soft and sweet cup with predominant notes of dried fruit and honey, particularly macadamia.
