Brazil Sitio Forquilha do Rio

This lot comes from the Caparao region, one of the most prestigious coffee production areas in Brazil. The mountainous region has altitudes between 1,100 and 1,400 meters, allowing the fruits to mature slowly for greater sweetness. The Yellow Caparâo variety produces seeds with citrus and floral notes. After harvest, the cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for 7 days at controlled temperatures.
