This coffee is another example of Ecuador coffee producing prowess. It comes from the famous Hacienda La Florida in the south of Ecuador. The farm is methodically managed by agronomists, brothers Fabricio and Ramiro Coronel. Their results speak for themself as they have consistently finished in the top five of the Cup of Excellence in Ecuador. This is a typica mejorado with days of anaerobic fermentation in cherry form in sealed stainless tanks.
