This coffee is processed at Alemayehu Tilahun washing station in the Lalesa area of Gedeo, Ethiopia, at an altitude of 2150 meters. The cherries are handpicked, only selecting the ripe ones, and undergo a 72-hour wet fermentation. The coffee has a distinct lavender aroma and black tea notes, presenting a complex, silky first sip with a bright acidity finish.
