This coffee is processed at Alemayehu Tilahun washing station in the Lalesa region of Gedeo, Ethiopia, at an altitude of 2150 meters. The cherries are handpicked, only selecting the ripe ones, and undergo a wet fermentation for 72 hours. The coffee has a complex profile with distinct lavender aromas and black tea notes, presenting a light and silky first sip with a bright acidity finish.
