Founder Joshua Millman fell in love with coffee at 16 and was inspired by the Beatnik generation’s dedication to community and conversation. Passion House Coffee Roasters grew from his desire to combine coffee, music and community in Chicago. The roastery is roasted in Chicago and its mission is to create unique coffee experiences influenced by music. They group coffees into Ambient, Experimental and Mainstream genres and operate cafés across Chicagoland, roasting in Garfield Park and serving coffee at their Goose Island café. The company strives to foster connections through quality coffee and creative expression.
