The PASSENGER team built their vision on years of experience as baristas at lively cafés, markets and festivals. Preparing and roasting coffee taught them the importance of quality and consistency, introduced them to the world of cultivation, processing and trade, and sharpened their understanding of sustainability and their responsibility as consumers of natural and socio ‑cultural resources. Their Berlin roastery is the heart of the enterprise: they roast, pack, ship, sell and serve coffee, teach brewing skills and bake cakes while striving for quality, sustainability and community.
