Bright, tropical, and irresistibly refreshing, Paradox Passionfruit Sun is a bold new expression of cold brew coffee. Only the ripest coffee cherries are harvested and undergo a 72 hour dry anaerobic fermentation process, with passionfruit and wine yeast added. The passionfruit sugars add sweetness and citrusy flavours to the coffee, while the wine yeast enhances the fermentation process, producing aromatic compounds that add complexity and depth.
