The café serves house‑made flavorings, homemade granola, fresh pastries and other treats in a cozy atmosphere. Owner Kenny Fletcher founded Paper Tiger after discovering his love for specialty coffee. He opened the shop in 2009 and has grown it into a community gathering space where customers can learn about coffee and enjoy expertly roasted beans. The roastery’s focus on quality and sustainability shines through their offerings.
