This is a sweet cup of stewed apples, with just a hint of grape on the finish and a pale caramel lingering on the aftertaste. Victor is a first-generation coffee farmer and this year marks his very first harvest. His neatly laid-out farm grows Red Catuai, and he delivers his cherries to the Buena Vista mill in Caranavi, where they're processed using Agricafe's meticulous washed method.
