The Chelchele area is known for its high altitude and rich soil, producing coffee with floral aromas. The Finca Vizcaya farm uses environmentally friendly methods, including water filtration and organic fertilizers. The taste features fruity notes reminiscent of raspberries and a sweet, toasty flavor.
