Introducing natural-processed beans from the Shakiso region of Ethiopia's Guji zone. Located in Udo Hadama village, Shakiso Station receives cherries from over 500 smallholder farmers. The cherries are dried on African beds over 10–14 days, resulting in floral aromas and complex, fruity flavors.
