This honey-process lot comes from Buncho station, located in Bensa in the region of Sidama. The Dukamo family from Daye Bensa Exports partners with us to produce and process some of Ethiopia's absolute best coffees.
About Olympia Coffee Roasting
Olympia Coffee Roasting Company, founded in 2005, is an independent Pacific Northwest small-batch roaster that partners directly with farmers across multiple countries. They roast-to-order daily in a downtown Olympia roastery and operate seven cafés plus Moonrise Bakery in Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia.
