This washed process blend of Caturra, Pache, Catuai varieties is grown by producers around La Coipa, in the San Ignacio district. The coffee has a clean malic acidity reminiscent of green apple, complemented by a honey-like sweetness. It is balanced and can be brewed across various methods, including espresso.
