About
This limited edition seasonal blend combines the best characteristics of two delicious, complementary coffees. The main component (60%) is a washed process coffee from Guiji, Ethiopia. Omni-roasted for a range of brewing methods, this coffee brings vibrancy and complexity to the cup with lavender florals and a tangy bergamot orange-like acidity. The second component (40%) is a natural-process Yellow Bourbon from Brazil which brings a smooth, velvety body and caramel sweetness to the cup.
