This coffee comes from the Dumerso Washing Station in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, known for producing elegant washed coffees. Ripe cherries are sorted, depulped, and fermented under water before being washed and dried on raised beds. As an espresso, it offers a lively profile with apricot sweetness, bright orange zest acidity, and a delicate jasmine floral note.
