Our Colombian decaf offerings are special in more ways than one: First, they're cupped specifically for their quality and sourced as we would our finest single origins. We call it Decaf De Caña because it is custom decaffeinated in Colombia. The natural decaffeination process utilises a solvent of ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar. This decaf is just as delicious as our caffeinated offerings, with tasting notes of dark chocolate and caramel. Suitable for all brewing methods.
