About Nozy Coffee
NOZY COFFEE began in 2010 in Mishuku as a small shop dedicated to single‑origin coffee. The founder (Nojo) and early team were in their twenties; their goal was to create a new coffee culture by focusing on single‑origin beans rather than the prevailing blend culture. They emphasize letting each bean's natural characteristics come through and avoid rigid recipes, relying on experience and sensitivity while roasting. NOZY COFFEE places high importance on direct relationships with producers, visiting origins annually and buying directly. They aim to extract the full potential of those beans through careful roasting and by conveying the producers' efforts and the beans’ natural environment to customers.
