Tucked into the lush hills of Acevedo, Finca Anaya is a family farm run for over thirty years. This lot, named Ombligón, comes from a naturally occurring mutation of the coffee seed, selected for its unique sensory character. The coffee undergoes a washed process with controlled fermentation, resulting in a sweet, complex profile with notes of strawberry milkshake and tropical fruits.
