El Vergel Estate, managed by the Bayter family, has a rich history of transformation and innovation. Founded in 1995 as an avocado farm, it shifted to coffee production in 2006. This coffee is a natural extended fermentation of 96 hours with a new Novonesis Yeast, promoting a unique profile towards yellow creamy fruits. The sensory profile offers vibrant notes of lemongrass, rose, tangerine, and a candy-like sweetness.
