About No. Six Depot

Husband-and-wife team Flavio Lichtenthal and Lisa Landry started No. Six Depot in 2013 to keep coffee simple and true. They converted an 1834 train station in West Stockbridge into a family‑run roastery, cafe, gallery and event space and continue to operate it with their small team and two young sons involved early on. The roastery spends months each year traveling to coffee growing regions to learn about planting, processing and drying methods. They cup and test-roast beans to develop profiles on their Probat 25-kilo roaster, support wholesale customers with a dedicated team, and invite visitors to the cafe, gallery and front porch to experience coffees from cherry to cup.
