From the Codech co-op near Concepcion Huista in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, comes a rare traditional washed coffee. Rosalio only harvests the most ripe cherries from his farm, and takes great care in processing the cherries meticulously by removing defects throughout the process. This coffee took 2nd place in the 2023 CODECH competition.
