Mothership Coffee Roasters began in 2012 with the Sunrise Coffee family as a way to learn coffee roasting as a craft while upholding the same ethos of ethical, sustainable sourcing and serving a high‑quality product they enjoy as much as their customers. At a time when specialty coffee lacked widespread popularity, they honed their craft through each roast, learning technique, ergonomics and method, and growing alongside the Las Vegas coffee community and professionals across the country. They now focus on roasting single‑origin coffees rather than blends, aiming to showcase the unique character of each region or farm. Founder Juanny uses coffee as a vehicle to create community and invests in her staff, family and customers. She believes coffee is a catalyst for boldness, belonging and becoming, and Mothership's mission is to provide spaces where people connect over great coffee. Their brand values are less about corporate buzzwords and more about creating cafés where guests feel seen and welcomed—from baristas who know your name to playlists that make you linger. Each cup fuels change and fosters authentic conversation.
