Founded by teenage roaster Pradyut Moona, Mood Trap Coffee Roasters began as a passion project that turned into a micro‑roastery in Singapore. He wants to change people's perception of coffee by showing what the pinnacle of specialty coffee can be. The roastery is committed to sustainable, traceable and ethical sourcing, paying farmers better wages and building strong relationships. Pradyut seeks out unique coffees that are underrepresented and enjoys full control over how he roasts them. He prefers delicate, crisp and juicy cups and roasts ultra‑lightly to preserve and highlight the flavours that farmers intend. The small, nimble operation produces limited batches that often sell out quickly and invites customers to explore what exceptional coffee can taste like.
