Mugaya, established in 1975, benefits from the collective support of the Mutira Farmers’ Co-operative Society and its strategic location at the foot of Mt. Kenya, where volcanic soils and high altitude create ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffee. The station serves about 1,700 small farmers, each managing around 0.1 hectares of land. The coffee is processed with care to ensure clarity and brightness.
