This coffee comes from the family farm Finca Los Suspiros, now run by the fourth generation of the Palacios family. Located in the Huehuetenango valley, it is known for producing specialty coffee. The high altitude, fertile soil, and ideal microclimate create perfect conditions for slow maturation of coffee cherries and development of complex flavors.
