Cerro San Luis Micromill is a family project by siblings Alexandra and Magali Delgado in the West Valley of Costa Rica. The family owns several neighboring farms where they have gradually replaced older coffee trees with a diverse range of varieties, aiming for higher quality while maintaining a distinct diversity of profiles. The cherries are processed at their family mill, which is literally next to their house.
