Sourced from farmers in the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, this semi-forest coffee grows beneath indigenous shade trees. Only ripe red cherries are selectively handpicked before undergoing a careful 10-hour aerobic fermentation and slow drying on raised beds for 3–4 weeks, resulting in a layered cup with notes of Kyoho Grape, Mango, and Dark Chocolate.
