Manifesto Coffee proudly roasts its own coffee beans in downtown Tacoma. The roastery building houses a private collection of classic cars in the main room and a shiny 25 pound San Franciscan roaster in the production space. They source organic, fair‑trade, single‑origin coffee from around the world and their coffee stock is constantly changing.
