Rooted in the harbour city of Rotterdam, their name draws inspiration from the city's maritime history and the Holland America Line that linked Rotterdam to New York, earning the nickname 'Manhattan aan de Maas'. They celebrate this legacy by crafting coffees that bridge cultures and histories.
