This coffee comes from the Bener Meriah Regency in the Gayo highlands of Aceh – Sumatra, Indonesia. Gayo coffee is known worldwide for its delicious, strong & distinctive flavour with lower acidity levels and strong aroma. The ‘Aurora Dew’ series takes Abyssinia & Red Bourbon cherries from Bener Kelipah and uses a unique, cutting-edge process that involves introducing specific strains of yeast during the controlled fermentation stage of coffee bean.
