This coffee was cultivated in the Huila region of Colombia, known for its volcanic soils and high elevations. Gigantes comes from smallholder producers working between 1,600–2,000 meters above sea level, where the cooler climate allows for exceptional complexity. Expect a vibrant cup with notes of ripe stone fruit, panela, and a lingering cocoa finish.
