This is our first coffee from Papua New Guinea and we couldn't be happier with it. Clean, sweet, and lightly fruity, with a smooth and balanced flavour. It starts with a gentle acidity and notes of juicy baked pear, followed by a creamy milk chocolate body. A soft pecan nuttiness comes through in the aftertaste, adding warmth without being overpowering. It's a simple, easy-to-enjoy cup that still has surprising depth and character.
